Real Estate has always been exciting for me.  I have had the privilege to be a licensed realtor for many years and have been able to work in many different markets and market conditions.  From the first time home buyer to new construction, both residential and commercial.  I have been extensively involved in land development and platting, both residential and commercial.

I have been part of several building renovations converting older offices and warhouse spaces into condo living.  I have also been involved with several corporations, boards, and property associations as a consultant on location, property maintenance, covenants, and value.  This has given me a good sense for the global market.
