Jan Evenson has provided quality real estate services since 1980.  Her 30 years of experience have included the last 10 years selling new construction single family homes in the Metro area.  Prior to that, she was co-owner of a Century 21 office for several years in Burnsville, ten years with Edina Realty in Eagan and also in Buffalo after moving to her home on Lake Sylvia.

Jan has three young grandchilren who visit her often and, of course, love the lake with kayaking, boating, swimming, water skiing, and having rootbeer floats!
